Its a period drama set in the early 1900s, and the story is like a fictional biography of a musical genius who live his whole life on a luxury steamship. THE LEGEND OF 1900 is a lovely story, though caution should be exercised because of its strong foul language. Then I discovered that there was a large chunk of the movie removed from the US release. I feel that what was cut out in that edit made for a much better movie overall.
